How to play: Place all the tiles face down on the table and remove them before starting the game. Each player takes 7 tiles from the stack. The youngest player starts the game by placing a tile from their stack face up on the table.

Next, it's the other player's turn. They must place a piece from their stack only if it matches the piece on the table. If they can't place a piece, they draw a new one from the stack and can't play until their next turn.

Next it is the other player's turn and so on.
The first player to run out of chips must shout "KINKY" at that very moment, thus declaring themselves the winner.

The winner chooses the desired Kama Sutra position (from those illustrated on the pieces) to perform with their partner. If the winner forgets to shout "KINKY," then the loser will choose the Kama Sutra position to perform.
