• • Remove the protective film from the Perfect Shape Pads.
• • Apply the Perfect Shape Pads, one at a time, to the inside of your bra cup.
• • Gently press the pads to smooth and secure the adhesive on the inner side of the bra cup.

Recommendations

• Do not pin or sew the Perfect Shape Pads in place (in the bra).
